  • Campaign Information: When you create a campaign, we collect your campaign headline, instructions, currency preference, bidding model settings, and expiration date.
  • Offer Information: When you submit an offer, we collect your name (optional), price amount, message, and contact information.
  • Donation Information: When you make a donation, we collect your name (optional), email address (optional), donation amount, and optional message.
  • Feedback Information: When you submit feedback, we collect your message, email address (optional), and browser user agent.

Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect certain information when you visit the Service:

  • Usage Data: Through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, we collect anonymized usage statistics, page views, and performance metrics to improve the Service.
  • IP Addresses: We temporarily process your IP address for rate limiting purposes to prevent abuse and ensure service availability. IP addresses are processed through Upstash Redis and are not stored permanently.
  • Log Data: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps.

Payment Information

We process payments through third-party payment processors (Stripe for card payments and BTCPay Server for cryptocurrency payments). We do not store your full credit card details or cryptocurrency wallet private keys. We only store payment transaction IDs and status information necessary to track donation processing.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Process and manage campaigns, offers, and donations
  • Send transactional information, such as offer receipts
  • Prevent fraud and abuse through rate limiting

How We Share Your Information

Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:

  • Vercel: Hosting, analytics, and speed insights
  • Neon: Database hosting (PostgreSQL)
  • Stripe: Payment processing for card donations
  • BTCPay Server: Payment processing for cryptocurrency donations
  • Upstash: Rate limiting and abuse prevention (Redis)

These service providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect your information consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Campaign and Offer Visibility

When you create a campaign, you receive a unique owner link that grants access to all submitted offers. When you submit an offer, you receive a unique receipt link that grants access to your specific offer. Anyone with these links can view the associated information. Keep your links confidential if you want to keep the information private.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account or campaign is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Specifically:

  • Campaign and offer data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion
  • Donation records are retained for accounting and tax purposes
  • IP addresses for rate limiting are only temporarily processed and not stored long-term
  • Analytics data is retained according to Vercel's retention policies (typically aggregated and anonymized)

International Data Transfers

Our servers and service providers are primarily located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
